As a key driver of innovation, you will design, develop, and deploy digital solutions enhancing industrial performance, data reliability and operational efficiency.
If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
Data & Industrial Data Analytics
Collect, integrate, and leverage data from industrial systems (SCADA, Ignition, MES, etc.).
Structure, model, and maintain databases (SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric).
Develop data processing and transformation pipelines using Python and Microsoft Fabric notebooks.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and availability of industrial data.
Contribute to the implementation of scalable and high-performance data architectures.
Business Application Development
Design and develop internal applications using ASP.NET Core (C#).
Create digital tools for Production monitoring and performance indicators, User management and internal processes, Operational management (TOP5 meetings, dashboards, incident tracking, etc.).
Maintain and enhance existing applications.
Support the modernization of the industrial application landscape.
Reporting & Decision Support
Develop Power BI reports and dashboards.
Provide reliable and relevant KPIs to shopfloor teams and management.
Contribute to the standardization of Production, Quality, and Maintenance reporting.
Transform data into actionable insights to support operational decision-making.
IoT & Industrial Systems
Ensure the integration of industrial equipment and connected devices.
Implement production data collection and communication flows.
Participate in the configuration and maintenance of related network infrastructures (VLAN, NAT, firewall, etc.).
Contribute to the reliability and availability of connected systems
Digital Project Management & Deployment
Lead or contribute to industrial digitalization projects.
Deploy digital solutions across the site or the wider group.
Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and IT teams.
Support end users in adopting new tools and technologies.
AI, Automation & Digital Transformation
Design and deploy AI business agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and other agentic AI solutions.
Leverage internal data sources (Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, SharePoint, MES, etc.) to power intelligent agents.
Automate business processes using Generative AI and automation technologies.
Develop intelligent assistants for Maintenance support, Production data analysis & Operational decision support.
Design architecture combining data, artificial intelligence, and business applications.
Contribute to AI governance, security, and best practices within an industrial environment.
Additional activites
Optimize application performance and SQL queries.
Implement best practices related to cybersecurity, architecture, and access management.
Provide technical support to users.
Produce technical and functional documentation.
Monitor emerging technologies in Data, AI, and Industry 4.0.
and if you have/are:
Engineering or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Proven experience in industrial digital solutions, data engineering, software development, or industrial information systems.
Technical Skills
• Python (data analytics, automation).
• SQL Server (data modeling, optimization, performance tuning).
• Microsoft Fabric.
• Power BI.
• Ignition / SCADA.
• Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
