Trainee Assistant

Autoliv is looking for a « Trainee Assistant » for its European Steering Wheel Technical Center, Autoliv Isodelta, located in Chiré en Montreuil near Poitiers (86 - France).
Desired work schedule:
- 2 days school / 3 days business
Missions and tasks :
Your main mission is to manage visits and administrative tasks related to external interactions:
- Visits management and preparation (room setup, coffee, etc.)
- Office supplies management
- Mail management
- Parcels reception and shipping
- Workwear management
- Access badges management
- PC and workstations management – not technical, but asset tracking
You support the Technical Center for:
- Follow-up on CIR (Research Tax Credit)
- Innovation cost management – quarterly cost reporting
Profile:
- Holder of a French Baccalaureate
- Proficiency in Office Pack (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good level of English
- Good interpersonal skills, rigor, organizational skills, autonomy
