Quality Trainee
Quality Engineer trainee: Using of the main quality tool in order to improve scrap level in the workshop, find root cause and create KPI to monitor activity.
1- Key Responsabilities
Scrap level in the workshop.
The tracking of workshop scrap should enable the identification of the Pareto distribution of scrap.
Analysis in terms of quantity of parts + cost.
Defining the metrics may be part of the tasks.
Following this analysis, launch an 8D project to identify root causes and define corrective actions – involve the team in proposing and developing solutions.
Measure the effectiveness of the actions.
All stages of the 8D process must be taken into account.
Out of line inspection station.
Define the necessary controls.
Prepare the workstation documentation.
Provide training for the workstation and certify operators.
Monitor sorting results.
Line audit – lead and participation.
Conduct compliance audits
KPI creation and data analysis automatization.
Automation of existing tools.
Development of relevant metrics.
Digitization of statistical analyses to identify deviations

Propose and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance of documents related to processes and projects.
