Airbag Production Trainee Responsibilities in Automotive Manufacturing
- Support daily airbag production operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Assist with the setup, operation, and monitoring of manufacturing equipment in the Airbags Center.
- Help perform in-line inspections and basic product quality tests, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing process improvements by providing feedback, monitoring efficiency, and proposing solutions.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental protocols to maintain a safe workplace in the production area.
- Document and report production data, material flow, and any deviations from standard operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with operators, supervisors, and maintenance technicians to meet production goals and resolve issues.
- Engage in training sessions focused on safety, production techniques, and quality management within automotive manufacturing.
Core Skills and Qualifications Required for Airbags Production Trainee Roles
- Technical qualification (vocational or college) in mechanics, production technology, or a related field is preferred. Final-year students or recent graduates are welcome.
- Curiosity about automotive safety manufacturing and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of production processes and machinery is advantageous.
- Good manual dexterity and keen attention to detail for hands-on tasks and product checks.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow processes, instructions, and health & safety guidelines precisely.
- Comfortable working in shift patterns, if required.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are appreciated.
