- Provide general administrative support for Administration and R&D departments
- Provide support for internal communication (Intranet, global communication…)
- Assist with booking travel arrangements
- Assist with scheduling meetings (hotel, taxi,…).
- Participate in initiatives that promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across departments.
- Preparation of “BTS or Titre Assistant de Direction”
- Demonstrated interest in administration and organization
- Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with online collaboration tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to adapt to new situations, embrace change, and work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong motivation to learn, develop professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects.
- Gain hands-on experience in administrative environment within a global organisation.
- Develop practical skills in office management, and communication support.
- Contribute to initiatives that drive organisational efficiency, sustainability.
