Administration and RDE Trainee: Responsibilities in Office and Research Support
- Provide general administrative support to office, research, and engineering teams to ensure effective daily operations.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, booking travel arrangements, and coordinating internal and external communication.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of documentation, data entry, and records management in compliance with company procedures and data protection regulations.
- Contribute to the organisation of departmental events, training sessions, and workshops.
- Assist RDE teams with research-related activities, literature reviews, and gathering technical data to support ongoing projects.
- Help track project timelines, deliverables, and progress in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and technical materials under guidance from project leads.
- Participate in initiatives that promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across departments.
Core Skills, Qualifications and Experience Essential for Administration and RDE Support
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in administration, research, or engineering support functions within an organisational context.
- Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with online collaboration tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Good command of the English language; knowledge of additional languages (such as German, French, or Chinese) is an asset.
- Ability to adapt to new situations, embrace change, and work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong motivation to learn, develop professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects.
