HR Business Partner

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
- Participates in administration: manage personnel administration processes (time management, personnel files, employment contracts, etc.)
- Actively contributes to the compliance of compensation regulations towards the organization in collaboration with the central payroll team
- Ensures the implementation of the company's procedures, the management of information relating to HR issues, ensures compliance with HR rules and processes within the company
- Builds the site's training plan and ensures its implementation in collaboration with the central L&D France team; and contributes to the Finding sources of funding for its programs with the central L&D team.
- Ethical Practice: Maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity, act as an ethical agent that promotes the company's core values, integrity and accountability throughout the organization.
- Proposes and implements actions to strengthen the connection that all employees have with their work, their colleagues and their organization.
- Support the site's management teams in the implementation of AUTOLIV's vision, mission, values, and all policies.
- Assists the HR Manager in the management and development of local human resources activities
- Contributes to HR KPIs: Recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, motivation, payroll and personnel administration and retention in collaboration with the central Payroll and Training team.
- Provide the plant and related functions with human resources support: recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, compensation, succession planning, talent management and employee relations.
- Actively supports the organization in providing the organization with the resources, capacities and skills necessary to carry out immediate and strategic plans according to the direction and supervision of its HR Manager
and if you have/are:
- Takes personal responsibility for one's actions, Establishes credibility in all interactions
- Builds relationships with all stakeholders in the organization through trust, teamwork, and direct communication.
- Demonstrates agility and expertise when leading organizational initiatives or changes.
- Fluent English, or good level of professional written and spoken English
- 2 and equivalent level in HR Management
- A minimum of five years of experience in managing people in a production-oriented environment, preferably in a matrix organization.
