The Innovation Design Leader oversees Innovation development.

As Design Leader, he/she defines and coordinates all required engineering/development activities linked to the concept and design development of electronics products connected to Autoliv product lines.

The Concept Design Leader ensures that the Advanced Engineering Studies he/she is responsible of are conducted according to Autoliv Standards

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

•  Supports innovation (acc. to AES – Advanced Engineering Studies)
•  Defines and maintains the Proof-of-Concept architecture and promotes it into the Pre-APDS
•  Defines and maintains the AES test plans
•  Defines and manages realizations of prototypes for development and testing purposes
•  Ensures documentation and traceability between TRL0 and TRL4-5
•  Defines and maintain the documentation of the Innovation PoC for all AES phases
•  Provides technical support to the ‘Innovation Leader Adv. Tech’ and subsequent teams
•  Participates to risk identification and associated mitigation plan creation and follow-up
