If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• The Design Leader coordinates and animates the Innovation project cross-functional team in all technical matters, and in particular: follow-up meetings with the team collectively or individually, brainstorming on technical solutions, problem solving sessions.
• He/she supports the Project Manager in the project planning and project development plan activity.
• He/she leads technical explorations & studies associated to the new concept choices and ensures traceability of the various investigations.
• He/she supports the development of the innovative concepts in the different prototype or project phases. He makes sure that the product development and technical choices or compromises are compliant with project targets, Autoliv standards, processes, and global objectives.
• He/she supports the concept validation plan & execution.
• He/she produces himself or ensures team’s production of required technical deliverables and documentation.
• He/she ensures that all technical activities and deliverables are produced in accordance with the project time schedule.
• He/she prepares & presents project design reviews.
• He/she supports the Innovation Project Manager to prepare & present the project technical status and project milestones.
• He/she is a technical referent both inside and outside of the project team, and as such, can be requested to take part in dedicated workshops, to present, explain, or train specific people on projects technical contents.
