In this role you will be launching new product line or modification, process research & development (welding, assembly system, etc.)

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Calculate investment cost,
• Define schedule and follow up,
• Write technical specifications,
• Define criteria of technical acceptance,
• Suppliers management and coordinate different department,
• Cross-disciplinary multidisciplinary management,
• Ensure the smooth running between the different department,
• Lead the design validation and lead all technical acceptance,
• Manage problems that arise during the progress of the project,
• Communicate project objectives to all team members involved,
• Formalize and update documentations: BOM, PFMEA, Acceptance test, Process parameters,
• Train people and also process member in project team.

and if you have/are:

• Technical University degree
• English and French fluency
• Good Project Management skills and PFMEA Proces
• Knowledge of injection molding tools & machines
• Good knowledge of Mechanics and Pneumatics, vision systems and statistics.
• Define over molding process and parameter for a new product
• Knowledge of automated production systems
• Experience in technical reception of special machines, commissioning, and series start-up.
• At least 3 years' experience in industrialization. and method, if possible, in the automotive sector
• Experience in working with PLM, Minitab, PWA and Open Project
